Cancellation Policy:
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders:
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Depending on the pre-order purchasing option(s) stated on the product page, we will either collect full payment immediately or partial payment at the checkout. For partial payments, your payment method will be stored, and the remaining balance will be charged when the product becomes available. Pre-order delays:
We strive to ensure that pre-orders are fulfilled as promptly as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. This policy outlines the steps we take in such instances to keep our customers informed and provide solutions.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Notifications will include:
- The reason for the delay (e.g., production delays).
- The updated estimated shipping date.
2. Options Available for Customers
In the event of a delay, you will have the following options:
- Wait for Fulfillment: Your order will be kept in the queue, and we will prioritize its shipment as soon as possible.
- Cancel for a Full Refund: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pre-order and in stock items purchased together (Domestic orders):
In stock items that are purchased at the same time as a pre-order will be shipped separately via the most economical shipping method. Only the pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped by the method selected at the checkout. If you require a specific shipping service for the in-stock item(s), please place a separate order.
Pre-order and in stock items purchased together (International orders):
In stock items that are purchased at the same time as a pre-order items will be shipped together. If you require a specific shipping service for the in-stock item(s), please place a separate order.
Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order.
