AUS Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are shipped the same business or next business day from our USA warehouse (excluding weekends, holidays or otherwise stated). 

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping to Australia. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions, packaging requirements and total weight shipped weight. The shipping cost and available services will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

Australian GST and Duties

All prices shown include applicable Australian GST at the current standard rate.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

We ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means all applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees are included in the total paid at checkout and handled by us. You will not receive a customs bill, be asked for additional customs information or have anything extra to pay when your package arrives.

Most Australian orders arrive within 5–10 business days after leaving our USA warehouse, depending on the shipping method selected and customs clearance.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier customs delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products cannot be shipped to Australia due to carrier limitations or cross-border trade regulations. Shipping eligibility may vary depending on the product and delivery destination. Any restricted items will be automatically removed at checkout if they cannot be shipped to your selected address.

Freight Forwarders

We do not ship to freight forwarders. Orders that have a freight forwarder as the shipping address will be cancelled.
