Der Zylinderdurchmesser ist größer als bei herkömmlichen Stoßdämpfern und die Stoßdämpferlänge wurde speziell für das Driften entwickelt. Die maximale Kapazität eines Stoßdämpfers für die Straße verbessert die Stabilität. Die Zylinder sind außerdem mit einer Kashima-Beschichtung versehen, um einen unendlich reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten und Mikrovibrationen zu absorbieren, die bei Harzreifen häufig auftreten, was zu einer besseren Traktion führt.
